This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use StockUnlimited, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to this policy.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and securing the service, your consent where you have given it, and compliance with legal obligations.
When you create or edit an image with AI, your prompt and any reference images are sent to the AI model providers that generate the result on our behalf. When you choose Keep on this device only (private mode), the generated image is not stored on our servers; it stays in your browser. We record only that a generation happened, for billing, never its content. Reference images you upload for a generation are passed to the model to produce the result and are not stored afterward.
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies, mainly to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Signing in with Google loads Google’s own sign-in components, which are subject to Google’s privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, to run the service:
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users or the service. If our business is involved in a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We are based in Singapore and use service providers located in other countries, including the United States. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with applicable law.
We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active. Billing and transaction records are kept as long as needed for legal, accounting and tax purposes. When you delete library items or close your account, we delete the associated content, except where we must retain certain records by law.
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as encryption in transit, access controls and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can access and update your account details, delete items from your library, and close your account at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as Singapore’s PDPA, the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA, including the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. StockUnlimited is not directed to children, and you must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use it. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
