Questions people ask

Is the converter free?
Yes, with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit. It runs on your own device, so it costs us nothing to offer.
Are my files uploaded?
Yes. The conversion runs in your browser, so the files stay on your device: nothing is uploaded, stored or seen by us.
Which formats can it read?
JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF (the first frame), BMP, AVIF, HEIC and HEIF, TIFF, SVG, PSD, PDF, and camera raw files such as CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW, DNG, RAF and ORF.
How big can the files be?
Up to 100 MB and 60 megapixels each, 50 files at a time, and PDFs of up to 200 pages. Camera raw files can be up to 250 MB, 20 at a time (5 on a phone or tablet).
Does it keep the photo's location and camera details?
No. Every file is redrawn and saved fresh, so camera data such as GPS location, camera model and date taken is left behind. Photos are turned the right way up first.
