Larger images shrink to fit; smaller ones keep their size. SVGs are drawn at exactly this size.

Forms, landlords and offices often ask for a PDF, not photos. Add your JPGs and get either one PDF per image or a single PDF with a page for each, on A4, Letter or a page the size of the photo.
Your files never leave your device.
Pages follow the order of the list, so add page one first.
Fit to image, A4 or Letter. Turn on One PDF to put every image in the same file.
Ready to email, upload or print.
With One PDF switched on, every image you add becomes a page of a single PDF, in the order of the list. That's what most forms want when they ask for "a PDF of your documents": scanned receipts, the front and back of an ID, signed pages, or a set of homework photos. Switch it off to get a separate PDF for each JPG, all downloadable at once as a ZIP.
Fit to image makes each page exactly the size of its photo, with no white border: the best choice for portfolios and photo sets viewed on screen. A4 (210 × 297 mm) and US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) put each image on a standard sheet, centered within a small margin and turned to match the photo, so the PDF prints cleanly on an office printer.
Photos go into the PDF as JPG at the quality you set, so the PDF is about the size of the photos together. A dozen 12-megapixel phone photos can come to 30 MB or more, which is over many email and upload limits. Setting a max width of 2000 pixels keeps documents perfectly readable and usually brings each page under 1 MB.
Graphics and screenshots with sharp edges or transparency go in as PNG, so text stays crisp.
Pages follow the list, which is the order you added the files. To move a page to the end, remove it with the × and add it again. File pickers usually add files in name order, so naming scans 01, 02, 03 before you add them is the quickest way to get a long document right first time.
Photos of paper documents read best when they're taken in even daylight, straight on, with the page filling the frame. HEIC, PNG and WebP images work on this page as well as JPG.
